34th Senate Primary Race is Cordial
The GOP primary for the 34th Senate District -- which covers Madison, Lincoln and Rockcastle counties -- has been a low-key, gentlemanly affair.
Former state Sen. Barry Metcalf and retired technology professor Albert Spencer have been asking for voters' support without slamming each other, and by relying on old-fashioned shoe leather rather than flashy, costly ads.
