Emeril And Gambling Come Together Again At Sands Bethlehem Casino
The Sands Bethlehem Casino is expanding their dining options by bringing in two new restaurants. One of those restaurants will be run by famed chef Emeril Lagasse, but it is not the type restaurant that one would expect.
Lagasse is opening Burgers and More. It will be the first burger joint that will be opened by Lagasse, and it will join another Sands Lagasse restaurant, Emeril's Chop House.
For Sands, the expansion will not stop there. They are also opening a branch of Carnegie Deli in New York. Although the deli will add to the already existing dining options for casino-goers, it will not draw the fanfare that Emeril's restaurant will bring.
"I've dreamed of opening a burger restaurant for many years and I'm excited to finally serve up my favorites and some new combinations that you might not expect to see on a bun," said Lagasse, "This is a fun place where you can kick back, enjoy a great burger with a shake, a beer or a glass of wine."
The restaurant expansion is not the only advances that are being made at the Bethlehem casino. Sands is also opening a new lounge in the latter part of November. The casino has become a major attraction and the additions of the Carnegie Deli and Chef Lagasse's burger joint will only enhance the casino experience.
