Gaming Control Board to hear how Chester Downs will impact Chester
While a racetrack and slots casino coming to the Chester waterfront might be a foregone conclusion, the debate on whether it will be a boon or bane to the city remains wide open and fierce. That debate will continue publicly before the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Friday at Drexel University in Philadelphia and is expected to lay out many of the issues associated with Harrah?s Chester Casino and Racetrack currently under construction.
