Las Vegas Union Delegation asking Congress for Immigration Change
A delegation of union members and casino representatives is due to head from Las Vegas to Washington today to lobby Congress for immigration reform.The Culinary Union says ten of its members from different casinos will be carrying with them a petition with 40,000 signatures collected May first.
The group -- including officials from major gambling companies -- is scheduled to meet with Nevada congressional delegates and other members of Congress.
