Meadows Casino Follows Trend of High Roller Slot Machine Rooms
High limit slot machines are becoming more and more popular. Not only are these machines reserved for Las Vegas. Casinos around the country are equipping themselves with high stakes slots.
Las Vegas casinos have high stakes slot machine rooms for players who want to play only upwards of $1 machines. These slot rooms range anywhere from $1 all the way up to $25 machines.
Mid size casinos are also starting to create high roller rooms for slot players. The Coconut Creek Casino in Florida has several machines where players can actually play up to $100 a spin.
Now, small casinos are getting in on the high action. The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in Washington County, Pennsylvania has just opened a special high stakes slot machine room.
New laws put into place earlier this year have allowed Meadows to add forty two $1 machines, twenty $5 machines, eight $10 machines, and eight $25 machines.
The casino has put those machines in a room for high rollers. The machines will stay there until the temporary casino is closed when a $155 million permanent casino is done being built.
Jon Ameche, who frequents Meadows, was pleased with the addition of the new room, "I'm excited to have the chance to play for some of the high jackpots that these new machines are offering."
