Mega Millions Gambling Jackpot Reaches $163 Million in Northeast
Lottery jackpots grow in all states around the country. When nobody matches all the winning numbers, the jackpot continues to grow until someone gets lucky enough to win.
Not many state jackpots hit the high payout numbers that Mega Millions produces. The game is a multi state lottery game where the winners usually pull in millions and millions of dollars.
This scenario will play out once again after nobody matched the winning numbers over the weekend. The jackpot will now grow to $163 million. The next drawing will be Tuesday.
New York and New Jersey are just two of several states that the Mega Million game is offered. The object of the game is to match all five numbers drawn, and a Mega Ball.
Twenty one gamblers hit all five numbers Friday, but missed the Mega Ball. They will receive $250,000. Eighty Three players matched four numbers and the Mega Ball. They won $10,000.
The winning numbers were, 4,7,12,17, and 30. The Mega Ball number was 44.
