Mega Millions Lottery Jackpot Now at Unbelievable $179 Million

The invention of a multi state lottery was somewhat genius. Different people from different states all playing the same lottery game, in hopes of cashing in on big money.

That is exactly what is happening in the Mega Million Lottery. The game has sparked incredible interest, and the money that can be won in the jackpot at the current time is almost unbelievable.

Nobody matched all the winning numbers and the money ball for Tuesday's drawing. That means that tickets for Friday's draw will be worth a possible $179 million.

In Europe, a similar situation is going on with their Euro Millions. That jackpot is up to one of the highest in the history of the lottery.

Fifteen lucky people did cash in on second place on Tuesday. They matched all five numbers, but were not fortunate enough to match the money ball. They will all receive $250,000. People who matched four of the five numbers and the money ball, sixty six in all, won $10,000.

The winning numbers for Tuesday were 14,27,39,47,and 50.
