New Betting Chip In Atlantic City Casinos Worth $25,000
Most people go to the casino and have no problem playing with the five, ten, twenty five, and one hundred dollar chips. For those who find those denominations beneath them, there is now a new alternative in Atlantic City.
The state Casino Control Commission gave the go ahead for a new chip to be used at casinos in Atlantic City. The chip will be worth $25,000. yes, you read that right. $25,000.
The city has already had a $20,000 yellow chip in play. that will no longer be the highest chip offered after the $25,000 chip was approved.
High rollers typically could have played with several $20,000 chips at a time. The $25,000 chip will just give these high rollers another toy to keep in front of them at the tables.
With the advancement of gambling, it has become necessary that casinos keep up with the demands of their patrons. Already, there is a $1, $2.50, $5, $10, $20, $25, $100, $500, $1,000, $5,000, and $20,000 chips in use.
The new chip received consideration from the Commission after Caesars asked them to legalize the $25,000 marker. They will now use the chip at their high roller tables.
