New Casino-Style Gaming Set for Southland Greyhound Park
According to the president of Southland Greyhound Park in Arkansas, the new electronic casino-style games and gambling expansion will be launched for play before the end of the year. He also said the new electronic games will more than double the greyhound purses.
Once Southland Greyhound Park opens with the new electronic games, they will begin taking 14% of the revenue from the new games and put that towards enhancing greyhound purses at the park.
The new $39 million gambling expansion of the greyhound track includes a new 110,000-square-foot extension, a gaming room, nightclub and bar, special events center and 280-seat buffet area.
