PokerTek And Casino Gambling In US Coming Together Quickly

PokerTek has become quite the entrepreneur company when it comes to their PokerPro Texas Hold 'em tables. They have traveled around the US placing the tables in casinos on a trial basis, and the results have been staggering.

Trump Entertainment was one of the first big casino companies to put the PokerPro tables in one of their Atlantic City casinos. The response was overwhelming from poker players, and from there PokerTek just continued to grow.

"The PokerPro tables provide a tremendous opportunity for casinos in these economic times,' said observer William Jenkins, "without the need for a dealer, the casino can cut their costs and still offer poker."

One of the largest endorsements for PokerTek recently came in the state of Nevada by gaming regulators in the state. They have approved the automated tables, and PokerTek may now begin distributing the tables to casinos in the state.

Although they already have tables in some casinos around the US, once Las Vegas casinos warm to the idea of automated poker tables, the rest of the country will quickly catch on.

PokerPro tables offers players the same features as a traditional casino poker table, only without the need for a dealer. Everything is automated, and it makes the game play much more quickly, which is good for revenue at casinos.
