Police Bust Gambling Den in Arkansas

Texarkana police have raided an alleged gambling arcade -- arresting three people and confiscating 29 machines. Authorities say winners were paid in cash, with some jackpots reaching the hundreds of dollars.

The enterprise operated under the name Tropical Oasis and was located in a former convenience store. About 20 players were inside when police arrived yesterday. Officers identified the customers and made sure no one had an outstanding warrant, then they were allowed to leave. Police say they investigated the machine for several weeks.
