Red Hawk Casino Just Hours From Opening To The Public
The Red Hawk Casino has been a mythical establishment up until now. Residents of California have been waiting for the casino to become a reality, and that will happen tonight at 7:00.
The casino is being opened by the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians and will be located just twenty minutes outside of Sacramento. The casino will be opened to the public for the first time tonight.
The tribe tried to bring out the beauty of California within the casino. It is a 278,000 foot resort with a little something for everyone. There are six restaurants, a gift shop, seventy five table games, and 2,000 slot machines.
"Every detail of the property, from the architecture and finishing treatments to the variety of games and services, reinforces that Red Hawk Casino features the best of gaming in California," said Chairman and CEO of Lakes Entertainment, Lyle Berman.
Lakes Entertainment was involved heavily with the design of the casino. They worked with the Shingle Springs Band to make sure that they produced the finest casino possible.
The casino will be bringing in the stars to help celebrate the opening of the

to the public. "The atmosphere on opening night will be absolutely electric. Guests will be treated to performances from movie and television star Jim Belushi and the Sacred Heart Band, the amazing violin triplets Alizma, and a myriad of other entertainers including fire jugglers and magicians," said Red Hawk General manager Peter Fordham.
