Seminole Indian Tribe Refuses to Pay Hard Rock Casino Jackpot
Freddy Howard of South Florida says he won approximately $250,000 at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino this week, but the gambling casino refuses to payout the money.
The man says he won the large casino jackpot near the exit of the gambling casino while entering the exterior bars and restaurants.
According to the Seminole Hard Rock Casino, "it was a machine malfunction."
The indian tribe casino released a statement saying, "The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Swipe and Win Progressive Jackpot was not won. Seminole Tribal Gaming Commission is reviewing and investigating the patron complaint of the alleged winning."
Freddy Howard is being proactive. He hired a lawyer and is threatening a lawsuit against the large Native American Indian Tribe.
We will continue following this very interesting story as more information comes out of South Florida. Is this a case of the drunken man making false claims, or is it indian tribe manipulation and making up rules as they go.
