Creek County Sheriff Going After Slot Machines

Voted Top Online Casino Several Years in a Row!

Creek County Sheriff Steve Toliver says he's taking aim at illegal slot machines at convenience stores. Deputies ticketed four stores in Sapulpa, Tulsa and Pretty Water last week for $100 each and five machines were confiscated. He says the slot and gaming machines are illegal because players can win prizes or money and if law enforcement doesn't step in then Oklahoma will become a gambling state.

But Sapulpa convenience store owner Diane Webster says she's confused why the machines are illegal and she plans to fight the $100 fine. She says the machines give certificates that can be used online to claim a prize.
