Voted Top Online Casino Several Years in a Row!

We here at the Casino Gambling Web have been reporting the news on the many issues of US gambling law over the past several weeks and now all issues are reaching their heated peaks. If you have been hiding somewhere in a deep dark hole we have just the thing to catch you up; an hour long radio show.

The Kojo Nmandi radio show based out of America University in Washington has just recorded an hour long show covering the US gambling law, the David Carruthers BetOnSports.com case, the Antigua WTO case, and other Internet gambling issues. The hour long show comes full with explanations from experts, inquiries from incredulous phone-in callers, and enough controversy to raise the hairs on your arms.

Here is a little explanation about the WTO and the Antigua case before you get started, since that is the least known topic, but also an interesting one:

The Anti-Internet gambling law disallows internet gambling in all forms; sports, casino games, poker - however there is an exception if you want to gamble on horses or the lottery.

Antigua is a small nation and their entire income depends on internet gambling. The WTO (World Trade Organization, formed in 1995) states that a country cannot stop income to another country if it will severely hurt the other country's income, unless it is a moral issue.

Antigua's case to the WTO says that if it is a moral issue, than why is horse gambling still allowed. The WTO will not judge whether it is a moral issue, they will simply look at consistencies, if it is legal in some form of domestic front then it cannot be considered a moral issue, thus the WTO would rule in favor of Antigua.

Please listen to the full hour, afterwards you will have a much clearer understanding of all that is going on at the moment in this industry.
