Voted Top Online Casino Several Years in a Row!

An increase in beatings in a quiet suburb led to an investigation and eventual bookmaking charges against the son-in-law of late Philadelphia Mayor Frank L. Rizzo, a prosecutor said Wednesday. Joseph Vito Mastronardo Jr., 56, of Huntingdon Valley, who is married to Joanna Rizzo, was charged with bookmaking and conspiracy, Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor said.

His brother, John Mastronardo, 50, of Blue Bell, a Philadelphia Eagles 10th-round draft pick in the late 1970s, also was charged with identical counts, Castor said. Investigators seized more than $2.7 million in cash, most of it from the Cadillac and the home of Joseph Mastronardo, Castor said. The brothers took bets for the alleged illegal sports gambling operation through a Web site called betroma.com, Castor said.
