Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act Protest Update
The first day of the protest against the deceitfully passed Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act that occurred today in Washington D.C. served as an organizing and meeting ground for the main protest which will take place tomorrow, Saturday, November 4, 2006.
More people than expected showed up today although there was some confusion on where to meet. It must be noted for all those planning to attend tomorrow's main protest that the new meeting ground will be at the north side of the White House on Pennsyvania Avenue starting at 9am.
CNN and Fox News are just two members of the big media who have promised to show up with TV crews to do a news story on the protest. Other major news organizations have said they will show up but have not promised to do a story.
The crowds tomorrow are expected to be much larger because it is a weekend day when more people will be available to protest. Some big gambling media publications will be present tomorrow, including members of the APCW who are becoming famous for doing entertaining videos on gambling issues.
Of course, Casino Gambling Web reprentatives and reporters will also be attending the protest.
