2008 Bingo World Championship To Begin Online At Starlight Bingo
Starlight Bingo is ready to launch the 2008 version of the Bingo World Championship, and if previous tournaments are any indication, the action will be fast and furious until a winner is crowned.
A prize pool of $10,000 will be up for grabs in the actual Bingo World Championship event. The tournament will consist of 23 games with the winning prize growing higher with each passing game.
Games one through fifteen are going to be played with any straight line creating a winning board. The prize will be $100 for the first game, and will rise every game thereafter until game fifteen is reached.
Then, games sixteen through twenty one are black out games, and the prizes will still be increasing until game twenty two is reached. Twenty two and twenty three will be the big money games as they will pay out $1,000 and $5,000, respectively. They will also be black out games.
In order to qualify for the final tournament and the last twenty three games to be played Sunday, March 16th, a player must finish in the top five in one of the three preliminary tournaments.
The preliminaries will be held in November, December, and January.
Bingo has become very popular online and with the World Championship from Starlight, the action and the excitement will only grow, until a champion is crowned in March.
