American Idol Betting At Online Casinos Becoming A Two Man Race
American Idol is quickly becoming a male dominated competition. Another female was eliminated this past week, leaving two men as the overwhelming favorites.
There are still four women and four men left in the final eight of season seven of American Idol. The sports books, however, do not think a woman can win.
The most recent odds that have been released after Ramiele Malubay was eliminated last week, has David Archuleta gamblers laying money if they bet him to win. His odds are -120.
David Cook has been wowing judges for the past several weeks, and with each week that goes by, he is cutting his odds. He is now +200 to become the next American Idol.
After those two, everybody else is considered a long shot by odds makers. Michael Johns is +800. The next lowest odds are Carly Smithson and Brooke White, at +1150 and +1200, respectively.
Syesha Mercado is +3300, and fading Jason Castro is +3400. The long shot is still Kristy Lee Cook, whose odds have stayed consistent at +9000.
The show continues on Tuesday night. They then take a break from their regular elimination show on Wednesday, when American Idol gives back takes place. Thursday will be the elimination show.
