Crown Bingo Online Gambling Site Leads Way Through Charity
Online gambling is not just all about greed. It is also about what the online operators can do to give back to the community. Crown Bingo is leading the way setting examples for other websites when dealing with charitable work.
Crown Bingo has just completed a successful run of charity events that were hosted on their website. The events raised money for various charities, while online gamblers kept playing the game they love.
"Without the help of generous individuals and companies like Crown Bingo we would not be able to make the difference that these most vulnerable babies desperately need.....Thank you for your invaluable support," said Chief Executive of BLISS, Andy Cole.
Fifty percent of the prize pool for games on May 12th went to BLISS. Also, Crown held a Knit-a-thon in which their online players knitting items that were then sent to BLISS as donations.
"The response to Knit-a-thon has been astounding. We're very proud to be able to help such a worthwhile cause and it is fantastic to see so many of our members getting involved," said Managing Director Dan Smyth.
Crown Bingo is not new to the charity world,. They have previously done work with St. Oswald's Hospice, Cancer Research, The Variety Club, and Orchid Cancer Awareness.
