Cryptologic Inc. Moving Company Headquarters to Dublin

Cryptologic Inc., a publicly traded company on the Toronto and Nasdaq exchanges that provides casino gaming software to online casinos, will move its head office to Dublin in January of 2007. The company will maintain its listings on those exchanges, but will also begin trading on London's Alternative Investment Market.

Lewis Rose, the CEO of the company, stated the move will made to be closer to their clients, most of which have bases in the United Kingdom and Europe. "It makes sense to be in the same time zone (as our clients)," says Rose.

The CEO also exclaimed that with recent heat the US has put on the internet gambling executives, and with the possible ban of US banking systems to fund online gambling halls, the firm wanted to move to more friendly gaming enviornment.

Rose will be the only significant member of the company not relocating along with Cryptologic, exclaiming "family reasons" as to why he will be stepping down.

The Dublin office will start with a staff of ten, with the intent to eventually grow to a size staff of about twenty, the company said. The majority of Cryptologic's Toronto staff of 250, including its software development team, will work out of the places they already are located.

InterCasino is one Cryptologic's biggest clients, and they are based out of the UK.
