Recently, Fantasia was the subject of a lawsuit involving her affair with a married man. Those close to Fantasia believe that the singer was devastated about the coverage of her affair with the married man. Rumors have also surfaced about a sex tape that was made between the star and the man.

Fantasia has been the process of releasing a new album that is due out at the end of the month. "Back to Me" is the title of the album, and fans are hoping that the singer will emerge from her personal problems in time to promote the new album. The overdose is not considered to be life threatening.
