Jackpot Factory Releases Winners of World Series of Slots Semi-Finals
The World Series of Poker has generated so much publicity in the past several years that other gambling operators are following in that mold. The Jackpot Factory, a leading provider of online slots, has started their World Series of Slots.
In the first week of October, the online casino group held their semi-final tournament. The tournament had a prize fund of $100,000, and Finland's Petteri V. emerged as the winner of the $50,000 grand prize.
The winner came from All Jackpots Casino, where he has been a player since 2003. "It felt unreal. I couldn't believe it. Almost still can't," said Petteri.
The second and third place finishers were just as ecstatic as Petteri. "With only two pushes left on our last 'continue play,' we were in 126th place when we hit free spins and got a 404,100 point push to put us in second place," said Paula J. She won $10,000 for the second place finish. Paula had been playing at All Slots Casino for just a couple of months before the World Series.
Finishing in third place was the leader for much of the tournament, Andreas H.. He was in first place for two hours, but was pumped out of that position near the end of the tournament. Still, he was happy to win the $5,000 third place prize. Andreas was also a member of All Jackpots Casino.
