National Bingo Night Allows Players to Play Bingo at Home

ABC is airing their new 'National Bingo Night' hour long TV show tonight in hopes of attracting viewers by allowing them to play the bingo game in their living room. If the players at home get a bingo they will be eligible to win real cash, trips, and prizes at ABC.com.
Before the show airs (and anytime during the show) viewers can go to ABC.com and print out their own bingo cards. They can then play along with the contestant and mark off numbers as they're called. Those who get bingo can then logon to the ABC website and enter their winning card to the website in order to see what they've won.
The studio game is interactive also. A contestant will race against the studio audience as balls numbered from 1 to 75 are randomly selected from a giant, 2 1/2-story sphere in a high tech 'Bingo Plex' arena. The studio is playing against the contestant. If the contestant wins they get the prize money, if the contestant loses the studio splits the prize money. The studio wins if they get a bingo before the contestant wins their prize.
The hour-long series will is hosted by ABC's 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' design team contributor Ed Sanders.
'National Bingo Night' starts tonight and will air live every Friday at 8 pm for the rest of the season. Please visit ABC.com for the official rules of the game.
