Online Casino Gambling Arrest Raising More Questions
Online casino gambling company Sporting Bet said its leader Peter Dicks faces charges of illegal gambling in the US, raising the question, 'Is anyone in the online casino gambling industry safe in the US?'
The handcuffing of Peter Dicks made worries of a U.S. cleanup seam real and decreased online casino gambling stock values over $1.5 billion in the UK.
"What was he doing?" asked one London analyst who declined to be named. "You just don't travel to the U.S. any more if you're in the online casino gambling industry."
One executive from the company said, "Until this is resolved I won't be traveling to the U.S."
