Online Gambling Industry Receives Their Own Bank
Anyone who thought the online gambling industry was powerful before, is really going to be shocked now. The industry is receiving its first bank dedicated to gaming businesses.
Ivobank, a new online bank has been launched. The bank will cater mainly to online gaming companies and will process money transfers and offer secure online payments. It will belaunched in Canada, Ireland, the UK, and Spain.
The goal at the present time is for the bank to have one million customers in the next five years. That figure should be shattered long before that time frame, however, if they do what they are promising to do.
"The online gaming industry has developed rapidly in recent years, but the financial services supporting it have not kept pace. Ivobank aims to plug the gap by offering instant and highly secure online payment services, combined with competitive interest rates," said Managing Director, Timothy Sawyer.
The bank is being financially backed by the Sampoerna family. One of the features that the bank will be offering is money transfers where families can move funds back and forth between countries if need be.
"Ivobank is perfect for anyone who wants to shop online, but does not want to use a credit card," said Sawyer.
