Magic-Bay St. Louis to Become Hollywood Casino
Penn National Gaming officials say the company's casino in Bay St. Louis will reopen later this year with a new name. "The Hollywood Casino name has been very successful for Penn National Gaming in the Tunica, Miss., and Aurora, Ill., markets, and we are also using it in Maine and Pennsylvania," said Kevin DeSanctis, the chief operating officer for Penn National. "With the grand reopening of our Bay St. Louis property, it was the perfect time to extend the use of this valuable, well-known name," he said. Hollywood Casino incorporates memorabilia from movie stars and blockbuster films. The Hollywood Casino in Tunica has items from "Titanic" and clothing worn by Elvis Presley.
