It is only a short couple of months until the poker world again turns its attention to Las Vegas and the World Series of Poker. That does not leave much time for players to win their way into the Main Event at the WSOP.

The Main Event of the WSOP has become one of the most followed sporting events of the year. Thousands of poker players, both pro and amateur, flock to Las Vegas in hopes of not only winning a WSOP bracelet, but also going back home rich.

Justin Bonomo will have that opportunity on the house after holding off Michael Mizrachi this past week. Bonomo won an epic heads up battle and became a World Series of Poker Circuit champion.

The heads up battle between the two poker players was one of epic proportions. They swung chips back and forth, both holding on to the chip lead several times. The heads up battle lasted for four hours, but eventually Bonomo prevailed.

Bonomo received $237,692 for the win, but there was also another prize in addition to the money and the ring. Bonomo also received a free entry into the Main Event at the WSOP.

Mizrachi did not leave the final table match up empty handed. He won $143,512 for finishing second in the tournament. Men Nguyen finished in third place.
