The most seen tournament at the World Series of Poker is the $1,500 buy in, No-Limit Hold'em events. There are many of them spread out over the course of the entire Series, and they are extremely popular with the amateurs.

David Woo became the latest winner in one of these events. He outlasted Matthew Wood and became the newest member of this year's bracelet winning club. For his victory he also took home the consolation prize of $631,550.

Wood finished in the runner up position and won $389,844. Eric Beren was the third place finisher. He won $278,460. 2,720 players began the tournament at the Rio in Las Vegas.

John Phan and Robert Mizrachi are both among six players left in the 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball (Limit) event. Phan is the chip leader with 294,000 chips. Mizrachi is sitting in the third position with 215,000. 238 players entered this tournament.

The final table is also set in Event #41, a Mixed Hold'em (limit/no-limit) event. Mats Gavatin will begin the final table with the chip lead. He has 405,000 to Nick Binger's 339,000. Frank Gary is in the third slot with 332,000.

Again today, as has been the case the past few days, only one tournament will begin.
