iPoker Cleans Two Sites Out Of Their Gambling Network
There are some changes coming to one of the biggest Internet poker networks in the new year. iPoker has decided to make a change and eliminate two sites from their network in January.
Carlos Poker and NoIQ will both be removed from the iPOker network starting on January 24th of 2009. There was no immediate reason why the two sites were being eliminated.
"iPoker has, following discussions with Tain, decided to remove Carlos Poker and NoIQ Poker from the iPoker Network," read a press re4lease from iPoker. No further details were given in the statement.
iPoker comes in just behind Full Tilt Poker and PokerStars when it comes to total players. Their Titan Poker is also right behind the big two when it comes to individual site. There is evidence, however, that the iPoker Network gets the most traffic on a monthly basis of the big three.
"There must have been something behind the scenes that has led to iPoker making this type of decision. It is rare that a company would just eliminate sites like this," said observer Tyler Lowell.
