Event #39 carried with it a huge payout, but with that huge payout came a steep entry fee, $50,000. the tournament was a World Championship H.O.R.S.E. event, and when all was said and done, Kassam Deeb came away with this years biggest prize yet, $2,276,832. Bruno Fitoussi finished in second place, winning $1,278,720.

In other action, Lukasz Dumanski won first place and $227,454 in event #42, a $1500, Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo Split 8 or Better tournament. David Bach came in as the runner up winning $139,725.

Tournament #43 was a $2000 buy in, Limit Hold'em event, and Saif Ahmad emerged victorious in this one, taking home $217,329. William Jensen finished second, claiming $133,151.

The latest tournament to conclude was event #44, a $2000 buy in, Omaha Hi/Lo game. the winner of this event was Frankie Odell, winning $240,057. Thang Luu finished in second place winning $147,726.

We are now less than one week away from the main event, and currently events 45 thru 49 are in progress.
