BCS Title Game: Florida Versus Oklahoma For College Supremacy

The Florida Gators have widely been considered the best team in college football over the past two months. While teams above them were losing, the Gators just kept pounding their opponents. They believe they are the best team in the country.

Oklahoma is another team that has rebounded after an early season loss. All the Sooners have done over their past several games is roll up over sixty points a game. They believe they are the best team in the country.

Now, after the BCS bowl match ups have been released, the Gators and the Sooners will get to settle their debate on the field. The two teams were chosen to play in the title game in Miami.

The Texas Longhorns were a team that was hoping to crash the party. They are, in fact, the team that gave Oklahoma that blemish on their record. They will not be playing in the title game, however.

"I thought Oklahoma and Florida were the two best teams in the country the past six weeks and they deserve the right to play for the title. With the way the two teams can score, it should make for a special game," said David Francesca, a fan of the Gators.

Penn State and coach Joe Paterno are back in a BCS game. They will face USC in the Rose Bowl. Utah will be the small conference school that earned a BCS bid. Alabama, Cincinnati, Virginia Tech, and Ohio State will also be playing in BCS games.
