Betting The Boston Celtics Are The Best Team Playing in The NBA

Over the summer last year, Kevin Garnett was being shopped by the Minnesota Timberwolves, and the Boston Celtics were coming off a poor season. All parties involved were in need of a change.

So the general managers got together and worked out a deal that sent Garnett to Boston. The Celtics then set their sights on Seattle's Ray Allen. They made a trade for Allen, and instantly changed the direction of their franchise.

Nobody knew, however, just how good this team was going to be. After defeating one of the hottest teams in the league on Wednesday night, the Phoenix Suns, the Celtics once again proved that no matter who the hot team is, Boston is still the best.

They have taken on all challengers this season. Before Wednesday, Phoenix was one of the only two teams the Celtics had not beaten this year. Now there is only one.

The playoffs are getting closer, and as they approach, the Celtics appear to be getting stronger. The Pistons have struggled of late, as has the Magic. Cleveland has LeBron, but that is not enough to beat a team with three legitimate superstars and very good role players.

Once out of the Eastern Conference, Boston will face a strong team, no matter who comes out of the West. If they keep playing the way they are capable, it might not matter who that team is.
