Big Ten Has The Top Games This Week in College Football
Most of this college football season the eyes of the nation have been focused on the SEC conference, but on Saturday the focus shifts to the Big Ten, with four big games on the schedule.
Ohio state is currently the #1 team in the nation, and although they are two touchdown favorites against Michigan State, they are playing on the road, in a conference game, against a team that has shown flashes of playing pretty good football.
Michigan, another top 5 team may have even a tougher task on its hands. The Wolverines are traveling to Happy Valley, where Joe Paterno and his Nittany Lions are waiting to pull of the upset. The game seems to be the last big obstacle for Michigan before finishing the season in a showdown with Ohio State.
Other games of interest in the conference are Wisconsin playing at home against Minnesota, another team who has shown they can play when they put it all together. Purdue also plays at home as they host Northwestern.
The lines for the games are Ohio State-14, Michigan-6, Purdue-7, and Wiconsin-8.
After this weekend it should be a little more clear which teams will be in position to battle for the conference championship.
