Chase Utley Streak Now Has Odds Set By Sportsbook.com

Chase Utley has the longest hitting streak in the major leagues this year as last night he increased his streak to 35 games. It is only right then that an online sportsbook would put odds on how long the streak will go and when it will end.

Utley is only the fouth player in 20 years to hit in every game played in a single month and he on chase to catching Joe DiMaggio's magical streak of 56 straight games with a hit.

The odds, put out by Sportsbook.com, are 60-1 that Utley's streak will come to an end on August 26 against the Mets. That is the game that would break Dimaggio's record if it were still going on at that point.
