College Football Betting Odds: Georgia Tech Representing ACC
College football bowl season continues tonight and the ACC is once again in action. The conference sent the most teams to bowl games this year and they are still looking for one of those teams to have that break out performance.
It is true that the conference has already had a couple of bowl wins this year, but outside of Florida State, none of the wins have been in dominating fashion. The Yellow Jackets will try to change that tonight when they play against LSU.
Georgia Tech was hoping to be playing in the Orange Bowl tonight. They came into the season ranked highly but stumbled in a few games early on. They came on late, but it was not enough to pass Virginia Tech for the Coastal Division title.
The defending champion Tigers will officially be locked out of their title defense in the game. Although it is predetermined that they will not be playing for the title, they still will be trying to prove that the SEC reigns supreme in the conference battles.
While the SEC is widely regarded as the best conference in football on a year in and year out basis, this year it is not as clear as others. Florida is playing for a title, and Alabama was number one of most of the year, but outside of those two teams, everyone else in the conference did not meet expectations.
The betting line from

for tonight's game is Georgia Tech -4. The total indicates a relatively high score at 53.3. LSU's offense has been inconsistent so that total could be based on Georgia Tech's late season scoring barrage.
