Football Betting Season Is Finally Here With Real Games Tonight
No longer do gamblers have to wait for the rush that comes with gambling on a regular season football game. The NCAA kicks off its new season tonight, and that means that gambling season has officially begun.
The #2 ranked college football team in the nation, the LSU Tigers go on the road in front of a national television audience on ESPN to take on Mississippi State. The betting line is 18.5 and the total on the game is 45. The Tigers are looking to make an impression to start the season, so less than three touchdowns does not seem like a high point spread.
Rutgers also opens up tonight, and they are favored by 32 over Buffalo, the total is 50.5. The Scarlet Knights are good, but 4.5 touchdown good? Maybe if it was the Sabres they were playing.
Iowa State shows just how far they have fell in the past few years by being only 3.5 point favorites over Kent, not Kentucky, Kent.
In the PAC Ten, Oregon State starts their season tonight and is a 6.5 point favorite over Utah, the total is 51.5.
There are a few NFL preseason games also tonight, but with the college regular season beginning, there is no longer a need for meaningless wagers on teams that will barely be playing their starters.
Tonight is the night gamblers from near and far have been waiting for, a real football game, with real results, to spend real money gambling on.
