FOX Chooses Rose to Headline Their BCS Coverage
Chris Rose, the host of The Best Damn Sports Show Period on FSN, has been chosen as the host of all of FOX's coverage of the Bowl Championship Series this January.
Rose will also handle all of Fox's NFL gamebreaks from the studio, which will show in game highlights of other games going on around the NFL.
Rose becomes the second hire by Fox, which has already hired Thom Brennaman as a play by play announcer. There are going to be several more hires for the studio and also analysts, by FOX, which has the exclusive rights to the Fiesta bowl, Sugar bowl, Orange bowl, and the BCS National Championship Game.
The Fox family is not new to Rose as he has covered the PGA Championship, The British Open, the NCAA Final Four, and The Masters, as well as hosting College Football Saturday for FSN.
