Gamblers Should Expect Upsets in Day Two of NCAA Tournament

Usually, the first day of the NCAA tournament provides a few major upsets. Teams that have won smaller leagues upsetting teams from power conferences. Those upsets never came to fruition.

That leaves gamblers wondering if day two will be where one or more of these huge upsets will take place. Duke came the closest in day one to losing to an underdog. A game Belmont team took the Blue Devils all the way to the wire before losing.

The rest of the games went according to plan, unless you count the USC loss to Kansas State. Most people could have predicted this one, even though USC was the higher seeded team.

On day two, there are several seven-ten match ups. Of those, there could be a couple upsets. Clemson will be trying to avoid the upset bug when they face off with Villanova. Gonzaga will also be watched in their game with Davidson.

The higher seeds have not have much problem, so there is always the chance that day two produces that monumental two versus fifteen loss.

By the end of the weekend there will only be the sweet sixteen teams left in the tournament. Play continues until late tonight with all four regions in action.
