Belmont Stakes Horse Racing Not Quite Triple Crown
The anticipated Triple Crown buzz has been gone for weeks, but Saturday's Belmont Stakes still shouldn't be totally anticlimactic. You could even make the argument it's better, at least for betting purposes, than it would have been had Kentucky Derby winner Barbaro and Preakness winner Bernardini been in the race. They are going to be very interested, Wynn Las Vegas hotel race and sports director John Avello said about gamblers. There will be a nice little purse since there is no clear-cut favorite. That makes for a great betting race because they'll be value in all those exotics and gimmick bets.
