Johnson, Bengals Ready For Patriots on Monday Night Football

Cincinnati came into this season ready to prove that last year's team that missed the playoffs was a fluke and that they were once again ready to be one of the top teams in the AFC.

Three weeks later, and the Bengals still look like a bumbling pack as they once again have started slowly and their defense has been torched.

The Patriots have no such problems. They went out and signed Randy Moss in the off season, a move that many felt would backfire and finally tear apart a close unit. All that signing did three weeks into the season was create one of the most dangerous quarterback wide receiver combinations in the NFL.

Tonight, these two teams who on paper appear headed in opposite directions, will meet in Cincinnati with the Bengals trying to turn around a season, and the Pats looking to showcase their dominance once again on National television, just like they did a few weeks back against San Diego.

A win for New England would mean that they, along with Indianapolis, become the two most feared teams in the league.

If the Bengals can pull off the upset, they will be on their way to heading their ship back in the right direction.
