Las Vegas and NCAA Playing Nice Once Again

Voted Top Online Casino Several Years in a Row!

Lobbyists for the NCAA and for Las Vegas casinos were so at odds with each other a few years back that they didn't even speak to each other when they met on Capitol Hill.

That year, no legislation was passed to prevent college sports gambling in Nevada, like the NCAA had asked.

Now a couple of years later, the NCAA has began to reconcile the relationship by flying out to Vegas twice in the past year to meet with gaming officials.

Although the two sides seem to have major differences in their motives, one thing is certain, they are unified in their attempt to keep college sporting events clean. And the NCAA sees Vegas Bookmakers as a major piece in sniffing out any wrong doings.

The way they see it, if one player bets against their own team it's no big deal, however, if many people are betting on one side of a game, it raises a red flag. Vegas then can contact the NCAA and an investigation can occur.

The two sides plan to continue to meet with one another, further evidence that the feud between them is indeed coming to an end.
