Milwaukee Bucks Gambling On Skiles, Other Teams Betting On Draft

The Milwaukee Bucks have found the person they believe will lead them to an NBA championship in the future. They have hired Scott Skiles to be their new head coach.

Other teams are also betting their future, not on a coach, however, but on the draft. The Miami Heat are one of those such teams that are hoping to land the top pick in the upcoming draft.

Back in Milwaukee, Skiles replaces Larry Krystkowiak as the new Bucks head coach. He has been a head coach twice already, in Chicago and in Phoenix.

Skiles is known for demanding a lot from his players, something he does not plan on changing. "I always feel like I'm supposed to apologize for that. And I'm not sure that's the tack I want to take. Anybody that is going to come to work with enthusiasm, concentrate and play hard will never have a problem with me. I don't care if they throw the ball in the seats 25 times a game," said Skiles.

In other basketball news, the bottom teams from this season are now focusing on the draft. Several top college players have already announced they will be entering the draft, and there are a few impact players that will be available.
