NFL Betting Odds: Steelers Favored Over Ravens Despite Injuries
The Pittsburgh Steelers were bounced from the playoffs at home last year against the Jacksonville Jaguars. They worked hard in the off season and came back ready to go when this years regular season started.
The Baltimore Ravens had a dismal season last year when they were predicted by many to go to the Super Bowl. Their defense is back healthy and they are on top in the AFC North through three games.
The two teams will meet on Monday night in a match up that could determine the balance of power in the division. The winner will become the favorite, while the loser will go back to the drawing board.
The Steelers are the betting favorites in the game even though they will be without their starting running back Willie Parker. Ben Roethlisberger is also nursing an injury, but is expected to play.
Baltimore, on the other hand, is healthy again after an injury filled campaign last year. The Ravens have been dominant on defense through the first three games. If they are to prove they are the best in the division, however, they will have to show that their offense cans score.
