NFL Betting On Bruce Springsteen To Carry Halftime At Super Bowl

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have done nearly everything a rock and roll band can do. They have Grammy's, have played for presidents, and have toured the world many times over. One thing they have not done is play halftime at the Super Bowl. That is until now.

The Boss and his band mates will be on center stage as they have so often been in their careers during halftime of the Super Bowl Sunday. Although Springsteen Has played in front of some of the biggest audiences in rock history, they all will pale in comparison for his audience this weekend.

The Super Bowl is watched by millions of people around the world and for people who have never seen Springsteen in action it will be an eye opener. Never has there been a better collection of live performers than what will be on the stage in Tampa.

Springsteen has been asked to play the Super Bowl nearly every year and has always turned the invitation down with an emphatic "No". This year is different, however. He credits the current organizers from changing the show from a novelty to a concert atmosphere.

There is also a bit of selfish motives to his agreement this year. Springsteen has said repeatedly that he feels the bands last three albums have been some of their best work. Their previous two have been released without much fanfare, and he was intent on not letting that happen again.

So now Bruce and the band will have the biggest platform of their lives to promote their music. Anyone who has seen him perform live will have no doubt that Springsteen and the E Street Band will work that platform brilliantly.
