NFL Football Picks: Giants Superior To The Browns
Sportsbooks in Las Vegas have made their billions of dollars on games like tonights. The undefeated New York Giants against a struggling Cleveland Browns team that cannot seem to get out of their own way.
Most of the time, the betting public goes with the favorite in games such as these. Most of the time, the gambling public is wrong. tonight most likely will not be one of those times.
The New York Giants come into this game having established themselves as the best team in football so far this season. The only other undefeated team in the league is Tennessee, and the Titans have not won with the same flair that the Giants have this year.
Cleveland is a team that was the in style pick for analysts coming into this season. They missed out on the playoffs on the season's last day last year, and had the core of that team coming back this year.
Things have not gone as planned for the Browns. They have taken a couple steps backward and now are just trying to keep the season from being completely lost.
What makes this game even more tempting for gamblers is the point spread. The Giants are only favored by eight points. usually, when something seems this easy is when bettors get in the most trouble.
That should not be the case, however, tonight. New York is one of the best teams in the league and they are playing at the top of their game. Unfortunately, what should happen, and what does happen, could be two very things things.
