NFL Football Picks: Patriots To Get Revenge On Dolphins
The New England Patriots have built a football dynasty on their ability to make adjustments throughout a football season. On Sunday, fans will get to see whether they solved the problems they had with the Miami Dolphins earlier in the year.
The Dolphins were a team that started the season looking like the team that only won one game last year. Then they demolished the Patriots, and now they look like a possible playoff team.
New England is not the type team that takes losing kindly. They will be ready today and will have their full attention devoted to avenging that early season loss to the Dolphins.
Quarterback Tom Cassel has settled into the starting role and the defense has been playing better of late. If they put it all together today, they will distance themselves from Miami in the AFC East.
If the Dolphins should find a way to win this game, the East would be the Jets to lose, with Miami right in the rear view mirror. That is something nobody would have predicted before the season started.
The Jets have their hands full as well this afternoon. They will travel to face a team in the Titans who has yet to experience the feeling of a loss. New York believes they have the tools to hand Tennessee that first loss.
