NFL Gambling Dwindles Down To Two Games This Weekend
The NFL has once again caused gamblers around the world to wonder why it is they spend their hard earned entertainment dollar betting. Games this season have had the usual drama that comes with every year.
Now, the league only has four teams left standing. That means that gamblers will have to make predictions in two games on Sunday with at least seven point spreads.
In the AFC, odds makers are giving the New England Patriots their due respect for not losing a game so far. They are two touchdown favorites over San Diego. The Chargers will have to pull of some kind of a miracle not only to upset the Pats, but just to cover the spread.
Over in the NFC, the Giants have knocked off the top seed in the conference by beating Dallas last week. This week, sports books do not believe they can play the upset card two weeks in a row. Green Bay and the ageless Brett Favre are seven point favorites at home.
Last Sunday showed all gamblers that you can never count out the underdog in the world of NFL gambling. It is going to take massive upsets this Sunday to drive home that point to gamblers. But as has been the case many times before, this is not the time to sleep on the underdogs.
