NFL Gambling Odds Favor New England Patriots To Win Super Bowl
The New England Patriots almost achieved perfection last season. If not for one improbable pass from Eli Manning, the Patriots would now be one of two undefeated teams in NFL history.
Manning completed that pass, however, and it sent the Patriots to their only loss of the season. This year, New England will be out for revenge and sports books believe they will get it.
The Patriots are the gambling favorite to win the Super Bowl next season. Training camps have not even begun and already the in style pick is New England.
It comes as no surprise that they are favored as heavily as they are. They almost pulled off only the second perfect season in the history of the league, and still finished the year with only one loss.
They have the majority of their team back and are ready to make another run at history. The odds makers have the Patriots at +350 to win next year. The Dallas Cowboys are the second choice at +500.
A pair of AFC teams, the San Diego Chargers and Indianapolis Colts are at +700. The defending champion New York Giants are +1000 to repeat, and The Jacksonville Jaguars are +1200.
As for the long shots, the Kansas City Chiefs and the Atlanta Falcons are both +10,000.
