NHL Playoff Gambling Down To Final Four, Red Wings Favored

The NHL season is inching closer and closer to its conclusion, and that means gamblers have less teams to bet on. The Detroit Red Wings are still the gambling favorites to win the Stanley Cup.

Hockey is not the biggest of sports when it comes to gambling, but it is a sport nonetheless, which means people will be betting. With top seeds in each conference still alive, the betting could go heavily towards the favorites.

The Red Wings are 6-4 betting favorites. They have played well in the second round, after being challenged in the first. They have home ice advantage over their opponents the Dallas Stars.

The Stars have 10-3 odds of winning the Cup. They were the number five seed in the conference. That means they have been on the road for t first two games of their first two series'. So far, it has not affected them.

In the Eastern Conference, the Pittsburgh Penguin are 2-1 to become champions. There young stars have carried them this far, and they are hoping inexperience does not factor in the next series.

That series will be against another team from Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia Flyers. Their odds stand at 6-1, and defeating the Penguins will be a tall task for Philly.
